Our Villa
Sea Haven is a beautiful villa in the Oyster Pond area on the Dutch side of St Maarten. It overlooks Dawn Beach, which you can walk to in minutes. The main level has an open concept and includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and three patios. The patio spaces are accessed from either the living room, kitchen or dining room. The covered outdoor patio is off of the dining room. The upper level is a beautiful master bedroom suite with an amazing picture-perfect view of the ocean from its private patio. Bedrooms 2 and 3 along with a covered patio are located on the lower level giving guests the privacy that comes from having separate entrances outside of the main house. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean as well.

Please note that the two lower bedrooms are not accessible from inside the house and not designed or intended for children to occupy alone. Any guests with children staying in these rooms must supervise the children at all times.

Living Room
When you first enter the main level you will be amazed with the panoramic views of the ocean. The living space is furnished with a full size couch and loveseat. For indoor entertainment there is a 70 inch Samsung Smart TV where you can stream from your personal accounts.

Kitchen
St. Maarten has many options for dining out, either on the Dutch or French side. However, if you feel like staying in, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas range/oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Additionally, there is a propane grill outside on the main level.

Dining Area
Sea Haven’s dining room overlooks the ocean and can seat 6-8 people. It has a large patio door that gives you an ocean breeze. The dining area is open to both the kitchen and the living room.

Master Bedroom & Bathroom
The large master bedroom suite has a sitting area and occupies the entire upper floor for privacy. It has a king size bed along with air conditioning and a ceiling fan to ensure that you sleep well on your vacation. The private patio overlooks the ocean and has amazing sunrise views if you want to wake up early. The master bathroom has a large rain fall shower, double vanity sinks, and separate toilet room. There is also a quiet desk space that can be used if you need to get some work done while you’re traveling.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is larger than the third bedroom enabling it to have a sitting area with a love seat that turns into a child’s bed. It has a king size bed along with air conditioning and a ceiling fan to ensure that you sleep well on your vacation. If you like the fresh ocean air you can turn off the air conditioner and open the windows. The second and third bedroom share a patio which overlooks the ocean; we recommend waking up early at least one morning to experience the breathtaking sunrise view. The bathroom has a large rainfall shower and toilet in one room. The vanity sink is in the bedroom area.
