Sea Haven Villa

Sea Haven is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa overlooking Dawn Beach on beautiful St. Maarten. Every room and patio in the villa has an ocean view except the bathrooms. The main floor is an open concept living area with the living room, kitchen, dining area and half bath. There are 3 outdoor patios on the main floor. The large patio off of the living room is furnished with lounge chairs and also leads to the infinity edge pool.  The pool has additional space for lounging on the other side of it including a barbeque area.  A large, covered patio for outdoor dining is directly off the kitchen.

All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.  The large master bedroom suite occupies the entire upper floor with a sitting area and desk space.  The master bathroom has a large shower, double vanity sinks and separate toilet room.  Both the second and third bedroom are located on the lower level and are accessed from the exterior to give maximum privacy.  The lower bedrooms share their own covered patio.   The second bedroom is larger than the third bedroom enabling it to have a sitting area with a love seat that turns into a child’s bed.
